Isn't it wonderful how our esteemed leftie leaders felt that it was necessary to repeal our highest court? Thus the new Supreme Court will essentially be loaded with Margaret Bloody Wilson's mates. Dame Sian Elias being the objective justice that she is will make sure there is no hint of shenanigans. Are you scared yet? I am. This is a Court that will shape our common law for years to come. Lord Cooke of Thorndon must be spewing now that he is retired. The 1987 Treaty "principles" case is small fry to what is going to happen.
